This workshop is the 8th Workshop in our Entrepreneurship Certificate Community of Practice Program. 

The 23 workshops in this Program give you a complete package of skills, tools, and knowledge that will reap benefits for years to come.  All workshops can be taken as independent trainings or complete all 23 workshops over a 3 year period and earn your Certificate in Entrepreneurship.

Customer service is an attitude, and it is a choice. If you and your staff genuinely care about the customer, and you genuinely care about your business, you are in the right frame of mind to deliver excellent customer service.

You and your staff should aim for winning customer service because it makes YOU feel better, it makes customers feel better, and it helps your business make more money.
